چیڈر پنیر------------ (کدکش) حسبِ ضرورت
چکن کولڈ کٹس--------- (باریک کٹے ہوئے) حسبِ ضرورت
ٹماٹر--------------------(قتلے کاٹ لیں) 2عدد
کالے اور ہرے زیتون--------------- (قتلے کاٹ لیں) 6عدد
زیتون کا تیل------------------------- حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

لہسن کو المونیم فوائل میں لپیٹ کر چند منٹ کے لئے گرم اوون میں رکھکر نکا ل لیں۔ بگیٹ کے ایک انچ کے چھوٹے کاٹ لیں۔انہیں گرل پین پر دونوں جانب سے ہلکا سا سینک لیں۔ ہر ٹکڑے پر ایک ایک چمچہ زیتون کا تیل ڈالیں، اس پر تھوڑا، تھوڑا سا لہسن ، پنیر، ایک ایک مرغی کا ٹکڑا ، ٹماٹر اور زیتون ڈال دیں۔ اس کے اوپر زیتون کا تیل ڈال کر پیش کریں۔
