Batis without ginger-garlic 10
Sugar, powdered 1 cup / 200 gm
Clarified butter (ghee) 1 1/4 cups / 250 gm
Green cardamoms (choti elaichi),
powdered 8
Almonds (badam), blanched 12
METHOD:
1. Dip the batis liberally in melted clarified butter.
2. Keep aside for 5 minutes to cool.
3. Crush them coarsely, add the sugar,2 tbsp of clarified butter and the green cardamoms.
4. Mix Well.
5. To serve, either serve as a crushed mixture or roll into round balls, which fit in the palm of the hand, garnished with slivers of almonds.
