اجزاء:
مرغی (بون لیس کیوبز) ----- آدھا کلو
لہسن (چوپ کرلیں) ---- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ہری مرچ پیسٹ ------ ایک چائے کا چمچ
تیل ------ ایک چوتھائی کپ
نمک ----- حسب ذائقہ
سفید مرچ پاؤڈر ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی پاڈر ----- ایک چوتھائی چائے چمچ
پیاز (سلائس کاٹ لیں) ---- دو عدد
ہری مرچیں ----- تین عدد
ہرا دھنیا (چوپ کرلیں) ---- آدھا کپ
موزریلا چیز ----- آدھا کپ

ترکیب:

کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے لہسن ڈال کر ہلکا سا فرائی کریں گوشت ڈال کر فرائی کریں- نمک٬ ہلدی٬ سفید مرچ ڈال کر بھونیں- ہری مرچ پیسٹ ڈالیں بھون کر آدھا کپ پانی ڈالیں ڈھکن لگا کر پکائیں- دو منٹ بعد پیاز٬ ہرا دھنیا اور ہری مرچیں ڈال کر 1 منٹ دم پر رکھیں- آخر میں موزریلا چیز ڈآل کر مکس کریں- سرونگ ڈش مین نکال کر رائس یا بریڈ رول کے ساتھ پیش کریں-
