lehsan aur lal sabit mirch ko koot lein ek saath then oil main pyaaz fry kr ke toh usmein lehsan aur mirch bhi fry kr lein phir tamatar daal kr bhoonein phir chicken add karein bhoonein phir aaloo add kar ke galne ke liye normal paani add kar dein paani khushk ho jayega aur salan ko bhoon kar serve karein with rice aur naan .
