Ingredients
• chicken mince: half kg
• onions: 5 (chop it)
• garlic & green chillies: 10 (make it paste)
• sesame: half cup
• salt: to taste
• oats: half cup
• egg: 1
• besan: for dusting
How to make Chicken Sesame Kabab
Method
Mix all ingredients (except bean) & leave in fridge for half an hour to marinate it well. Now take some oil in frying pan & make round shape of the mixture (like kabab) then dust in besan & shallow fry it. Serve it.
