potatoes: 1 kg
cheese: 250 grms
black pepper powder: 1 tbsp
chinese salt: 1 tsp
salt: as per your taste
eggs: 02 nos(beaten)

Method
boil the chicken and potatoes and mash them, add cheese nd other ingredients, mix them. shape them as you like and fry them. before frying youcan also dip them in bveaten eggs, cover with bread crumps(optional, but it makes them crispy at the surface)
