2 cups white channa (boiled) ,4 green chillies ( chopped), 1 onion (chopped medium size) ,2 tablespoon coriander (chopped) ,1 egg, 1tablespoon redchillies powder, salt (to taste) , bread crums (as required) ,oil (for frying).
How to make Channa kababs.
METHOD:
Add boiled channa in a bowl and mash it now add green chillies,onion, coriander, red chilly powder salt and an eggand mix it.Now make round shaped kababs and left these kababs for over an half hour.Now coat bread crums on it. take oil in a frying pan and heat it now add one by one kababs in to it fry it till golden brown colour has occured. Now serve it with ketchup.
