اروی گوشت

اجزاء:
• بکرے کا گوشت_____ آدھ کلو
• اروی_____ 1 پاؤ
• ٹماٹر_____ 2 سے تین عدد
• دہی_____ 1 پاؤ
• ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ_____ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
• لال مرچ_____ 2 کھانے کے چمچ پسی ہوئی
• ہلدی_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ پسی ہوئی
• دھنیا_____ آدھ چائے کا چمچ پسا ہوا
• گرم مصالحہ_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ پسا ہوا
• زیرہ_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ بھنا اور کٹا ہوا
• کالی مرچ_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ کُٹی ہوئی
• تیل_____ 4 سے 5 کھانے کے چمچ
• نمک_____ حسب ذائقہ
• ہری مرچ_____ حسب پسند
• ہرا دھنیا_____ گارنش کے لیے

ترکیب:

اروی کو دھو کر صاف کر لیں اور اُبال کر ان کے چھلکے اُتار لیں۔
پھر ان پر نمک لگا کر فرائی کرلیں اور سلائس کرکے ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔
ایک پین میں تیل گرم کرکے ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔
پھر اس میں گوشت شامل کرکے بھون لیں۔
اب اس میں ٹماٹر، دہی، پسی لال مرچ، پسی ہلدی، پسا دھنیا، پسا گرم مصالحہ، زیرہ، کُٹی کالی مرچ اور نمک شامل کرکے بھون لیں۔
جب مصالحہ بھن جائے تو اس میں پانی شامل کرکے گلا لیں۔
آخر میں اروی ڈال کر ایک سے دو منٹ بھونیں اور ڈش میں نکال لیں۔
پھر ہرے دھنیے اور ہری مرچ سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔
