INGREDIENTS:

For base:
chapati 6
Oil for brushing
For filling:
Chicken mince 300 g
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic crushed 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
green chilies 4
crushed cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
mixed herbs 1 tsp
For topping:
eggs 2
Cream 3/4 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
olives black 2 tbsp
Mushrooms chopped 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper for sprinkling


How to make Mini Quiches



METHOD:

Grease the muffin pans.
Cut the chapati from the biscuit cutter and place on the muffin pan.
Now bake it at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
Now heat oil in a pan and add all the filling ingredietns ti it. cook for 5 minutes and then remove from heat. Let it cool and then place on the baked chapati.
Mix all the topping ingredients together and then put on the quiches.
Now bake it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Mini quiches are ready to serve.
