•A medium piece of jaggery (Gur)
•1 glass Water
• 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
•Ice cubes, as required
How to make Jaggery Sherbet
METHOD:
1. Soak the jaggery (Gur) in water.
2. When it is dissolved, sieve and mix in lemon juice and ice cubes, and serve.
