Waise to aksar gym me instructor mojood hote hein jo aap ki body condition ko daikhte hove khud se aap ko health diet plan suggest kartay hein.. Agar aap mass gain karna chahte hein to Banana shake piya karein or agar aap weight reduce karne k liye gym jatay hein to Fast food or heavy items khana chor dein or salad ka istamal karein

Eat whole grain slice with peanut butter and banana slices, apple slices with nut butter, Greek yogurt with mix trail, oats, or drink protein shake or smoothies before work out. After workout eat lean protein like salmon and brown rice or whey protein. Any thing with protein and complex carbs. Be sure to take 6 small meals. With lean protein, complex carbs. All the best
