To make yogurt at home try this method.

Ingredients
Milk - 500 ml
Curd/ Plain Yogurt from previous batch as a starter - 2 tsp
Method

1. Boil milk in a pan and switch off. Leave it to cool. Let it become lukewarm.
2. When it is lukewarm, (just dip you little finger to check the temperature) add 2 tsp of curd and mix well. Alternatively you can pour milk for one container to another 2-3 times so that the curd mixes well with the milk. Then transfer the milk into a container with lid. Keep a separate container for making curd. You can also set curd in individual cups as shown in the picture above.
3. Leave the container undisturbed in a warm place for 5-6 hours. The curd will set within 5-6 hours under favorable conditions.
Refrigerate once the curd sets. It becomes firm after 2-3 hours of refrigeration. If you leave the curd outside for a long time, it will become sour."

Ghar main dahi lganay k lie doodh ko neem garam karain.1/2 kg milk main 1/2 tap dahi mix kr dain.issay dhk kr aatay k drum main rkh dain.after 5 hours dahi bn jaey gi.nikal kr fridge main rkh dain.ziyad dair aatay main na rkhain nahi to khati ho jaey gi.

milk ko boil ker lain aur itna thada karen ke jitna neem garam hum aik chotey bachey ko pelatey hain yani(kunkuna)ab jis bartan main dahi banana hai us main yeh doodh dal keraik chamcha dahi dal ker achi tarha mix kar lain ab ias bartan ko aisi jaga rakhain jahan is ko halki si garme melti rahey(main oven main rakh ker us ka bulb jala deti hoon)ab is oven ko 8 hours ke baad kolein dahi tayar ho ga fridge main rakhin aur istamal karein.

Doodh jab neem garm ho to 500ml me 2 tspn khatta dahi ya saada dahi mash kar k achche se milayein uske baad usme 1 tspn milk powder b milaye aur ache se doodh ko dahi k saath mix karle do teen baar chamach se chalayein aur dhak kar bartan ko kisi garm jagha rakhen winter me 8 to 10 hours k liye aur summer me 5 to 6 hours k liye . Insha Allaah aapka dahi umda jamega.
