For Dough:
All Purpose Flour 2 Cups
Wheat Flour ¼ Cup
Salt ¼ Tsp
Oil 3 Tbsp
Milk 1- ½ Cup Or To Be Required

For Filling:
Mutton Mince 250 Gm
Onion Chopped 1
Garlic Chopped 1 Tsp
Parsley Chopped ¼ Bjunch
Cumin Seed Roasted 1 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Ground Cardamom ¼ Tsp
Pine Nuts ¼ Cup
Oil For Frying And Cooking

How to make Arabic Samosa


Add both flour salt and oil. Knead with luke warm milk.set aside for ½ an hour
Heat oil in a sauce pan. Sauté onion till translate, add ginger and cook for another 1 minute. Now add mutton mince , cook for five minutes . add pepper powder, cumin seed, salt . allow the meat to cook.
Mince should be dry. At last add pine nuts , parsley mix well and remove from the stove.
Allow it to cool.
Now fill mince in flatten round shape of dough and close the edges.
Heat oil in karahi and fry samosa until light golden.
