Salt Lahori, to taste
Vinegar White 1 cup
Lemon JuIce 1/4 cup
Garlic 10 Cloves
• Crushed Black Pepper 2 tsp
Beef 2kg(whole piece of undercut)
Butter 3 tbsp


How to make Hunter Beef



* Make small holes in beef with a small knife and put a garlic clove in each hole.
* Put vinegar, lahori salt, black pepper and lemon juice in a bowl, mix well.
* Apply this mixture on beef and cover with plastic sheet.
* Leave it to marinate overnight.
* Steam it in the steamer for 30 minutes and then apply butter and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
* Delicious Hunter beef is ready to be served, enjoy.

Hunter or corned beef is liked all over Pakistan and especially in the days of Eid ul Adha, people tend to prepare this dish from the meat of Qurbani. It's recipe involves first making slits in the piece of meat, then filling them with garlic and then marinating the spice all over. After storing it over the night, it is steamed for around half hour and then baked with butter for 15 minutes. It is actually a form of corned beef from Pakistani cuisine in which meat is first marinated with different kinds of spices and then baked to eat. It is used in different forms such as in salads, burgers, with chapati and also with just masala.
