Dear Kiran, To achieve weight loss. You need to eat less, the right kind of foods, and exercise more. Your sample diet might consists of lean protein poultry, and oily fishes like salmon, tuna, sardine, and mackerel; fiber rich food that are low glycemic from vegetables, and fruits, along with limited amount of whole grains, good fats like olive oil, and avocados; nuts, and seeds; and legumes. Go easy on dairy, sugar, refined carbohydrates. Try to take protein with your each small meals. Take five small meals per day. And follow a fiber rich diet with right protein to fuel your metabolism.
