Mash daal one kg
Oil 1 cup
Red chilies powder i tablespoon
Salt to taste
Haldee powder i tablespoon
Green chillies
Garam masala powder one tablespoon
Amchoor i teaspoon
Green fresh chopped coriander 1 cup
How to make Bhuni Daal Mash
METHOD:
Boil the daal after washing thoroughly.
Keep aside when tender.
Heat oil, add all masala and fry for a minute.
Now add daal and fry on slow heat for 5 minutes.
Add chopped green chillies[optional] and green coriander.
Serve with roti.
