Chilled toned milk – 4 glasses
Vanilla ice-cream – 2 scoop
Fresh ripe strawberries – 18 to 20
Sugar – 6 teaspoons (adjust according to taste)
How to make Strawberry Milk shake
METHOD:
Pluck the greens out from the strawberries and slice the fruit.
Put the slices in the blender with the sugar and blend smooth.
Add 1/4th of the milk and blend again.
Then add the rest of the milk and ice-cream, and give the whole one final spin.
Serve in glasses.
