• Black Pepper (Crushed) half Tsp
• Cheddar Cheese (Grated) half Cup
• Salt half Tsp
• Spinach 2 Leaves
• Mushrooms 4
• Oil 6 Tbsp

How to make Simple Cheese Omelette Recipe

METHOD:

• Beat eggs with milk, black pepper and salt.
• Heat oil in a frying pan and fry eggs on low flame for 5 minutes.
• Put spinach and mushrooms on top
• Put cheese on top of one side of omelet and fold, fry for one minute and serve.
