Method
Cook fettuccine in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction, Drain se aside and keep warm.
Heat oil in a large frying pan cook garlic and red pepper for 2 minutes. Add springs onion and black pepper and cook for 1 minute longer. Add fettuccine and cheese to red pepper mixture and toss to combine.
