Desi ghee ka khalish pan parakhne kay liye thore se ghee ko garam kar kay sheeshy ki botal main dal dain aur is main do qatre shoray kay tezab kay dal dain. Agar ghee khalish hai to is ki rangat barqarar rahe gi warna tabdeel ho jaye gi.
