Aik aaloo ko cchotay peices kar lay. Thoray say oil may rayee, methi, kalonji aur zeera aur curry patta dal kar tarka lagaye. is may aaloo ko paka lay. Aaloo gall jayen to rice add kar lay aur namak, haldi, hari mirch, hara dhanya dal kar mix kar lay. Gujrati type 'poha bateta' tayar hay.
