سیخ کباب گھر میں بن تو جاتے ہیں لیکن بازاری ذائقہ نہیں آتا اور کھانے میں بھی ویسا مزہ نہیں آتا ہے تو آج جانیں کہ کیسے بڑے بڑے ریسٹورنٹس میں شیف سیخ کباب بناتے ہیں اور ان میں کون سے مصالحے ڈالتے ہیں۔

ترکیب:

٭ بیف کو اچھی طرح دھو کر خشک کرلیں اور کچھ دیر چھوڑ دیں ۔
٭ پھر اس گوشت کو گرینڈر میں ڈالیں اور ساتھ ہی اس میں لال مرچ ، کالی مرچ، جائفل جاوتری، دھنیا، کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ، ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، زیرہ، دارچینی، دہی، لونگ، الائچی، نمک، آئل، بیکنگ پاؤڈر اور سیخ کباب مصالحہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح پیس کر گرائنڈ کرلیں۔
٭ پھر اس گوشت کے کباب بنائیں اور سیخ پر لگاتی جائیں اور کچھ دیر کے لئے چھوڑ دیں۔
٭ کڑاہی میں آئل ڈالیں اور سیخ کبابوں کو اچھی طرح فرائی کرلیں۔
