I am very much inclined towards eating phirni and also some other sweet dishes. I also like shahi kheer and gulab jamans . Now I was looking for an almond phirni and I found it on google about kfoods recipes. Then I am making it now but need to buy pistachios first.

phirni is my favorite sweet dish , I make it frequently but last time when I made there were pellets in it which didn't let me enjoy phrini fully. I am try to remember what was my mistake in making it. I think I didn't stir it while cooking . may be that's the reason.

This is very tasty sweet dish and I like it more than kheer because of its' great taste. First I thought that kheer and phirni, both are similar things but later when I indulged myself in foods things, I came to know that both of these things are different. Anyways, it's always better and remained as my first choice.
