1 kg chicken pieces
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chill powder
4 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp oil for glazing the chicken
water as required
How to make Steam Chicken
METHOD:
Take a pan and add chicken and all the ingredients in it.
Add water in it as you required to cook.
Let it cook on normal fire or till chicken is softer than dry the water of chicken.
Now decorate dish with some salad leaves and with another vegetables after that dish out the chicken and serve it with ketchup or chill sauce or imli sauce etc.
Now steam chicken is ready
