Ingredients

Bread: 10 pieces
Oil as needed to fry Bread
Sugar: 1/4 cup
Water: 1/4 cup
Milk: 2 cups
cadmom: 2 pods
Almond, Coconut, kishmish

How to make Shahi Tukray

METHOD:

cut the edges of bread and cut each piece diagonally, leave these pieces in open air for 2 hours.
heat a pan, put a little oil in it and fry the bread pieces.
mix water and sugar in a pot and boil it to make sugar syrup, put off flame and leave it for 10 minutes.
boil the milk add cadmom in it, keep boiling untill it reduce to half of it, keep stirring so that it could not stick on the bottom of the pan.
put fried bread pieces in serving tray, pour sugar syrup over the pieces, wait for 2 to 3 minutes and then pour milk over it, decorate with almonds coconut and kishmish, referigerate it and serve chilled. :)
