Meethay Pakoray
This is a dish for rainy season and winters.
Ingredients
• Wheat flour 1 kg
• Oiil. 2 cups
• Sugar 2 cups
• Saunf. 2 tablespoons
• Iliac hi powder 1 tablespoon
How to make Meethay Pakoray
Method
1. Mix the ingredients except oil in water and make a smooth paste which flows.
2. Heat oil on a tawa on medium flame.
3. When oil is hot, pour the thin mixture with a spoon or hand on the tawa like a roti or pancake.
4. When golden brown from one side, turn and cook the other side.
Serve hot.
