Ingredients
Boiled potato ½ kg
Boiled eggs 2 to 3
Soa ½ bunch
For sauce:
Mayonnaise ½ cup
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Cream 2 to 3 tbsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
How to make Cream Salad
Method
First boil ½ kg potatoes and cut in cubes.
Then boil 2 to 3 eggs and cut in to two.
For sauce: in a mixing bowl add ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 2 to 3 tbsp cream, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp olive oil and salt to taste to mix. In a mixing bowl add salad with mixture then put eggs on top and serve
