Great curry.. I wish to eat it in today's dinner. I am very excited for enjoying foods specially traditional Paki foods . Korma, nihari, karahi and koftay are my top choices. This recipe sounds easy , for today I have not time to cook anything but I consider to cook it on Saturday.

Thanks you have used mutton in the recipe . I avoid beef but still I want to eat meats, kababs and all spicy foods that are the tradition of Pakistan. I now seek recipes that are mostly made with mutton or chicken . Now I can eat this kofta curry. You bravo kfoods.com!

I love round shaped spicy kofta whether they are cooked in a curry or in a nargisi style. Kofta is the best thing to eat when hunger is at peak. I am new learner for cooking different kinds of foods but now a days all my focus is fixed on koftas.

oh i just saw that mutton is used in the ingredients. Would it be ok to use beef instead of mutton; i think many koftas are made using beef mince , i would also prefer but first i want to make it sure from your opinion.
