kofta is the best application of minced meat. if you cook keema in ordinary way, it will sometimes give the taste of fats or sometimes odor but kofta is very aromatic and delicious. I always prefer making kofta dishes whenever i have mince of beef or mutton.

Koftas has dozens of varieties, if you want to enjoy its real taste, do not limit to only making standard koftas but also go for nargisi, shahjahani, kafta kabab and there are still lots of varieties , you just need to explore them. I am also looking for some leisure day when I could make nargisi koftay.
