we eat kofte very happily and that is why my mother cooks it once in the week regularly. Mostly we eat this regular kofte dish and otherwise we eat nargisi kofte or with any other vegetable like spinach or fenugreek etc. this is the awesome thing to eat really.

Koftas has dozens of varieties, if you want to enjoy its real taste, do not limit to only making standard koftas but also go for nargisi, shahjahani, kafta kabab and there are still lots of varieties , you just need to explore them. I am also looking for some leisure day when I could make nargisi koftay.

I have tried many types of koftas but the only one I liked is kofta curry recipe. I am very selective at making foods and if something does not taste good, I leave it. I suggest making this recipe as I have found it very tasteful and everyone in your family must like this dish.
