• Ghee 6 Kahnay ke Chamach
How to make Gajar Halwa

METHOD:

1. Microwave Proof Bowl main Doodh or Cheeni ko Achi terha Mix Karen.
2. Ab Kaddu Kash ke how gajar main peese hoe Ilaichi or ghee daal kr microwave main rakh den or 100m per 15mints ka time laga kr chorden.
3. Ab Bowl ko neekal kr chamchy sy tamam ameeza milain or kaivara essence ke chand katray mila kar mazeed 5mint tak Ovan main rakh den.
4. Akher main dish out kr ke kohya sy garnish kr k paish Karen.
