Minced Beef: 1 kg
Onion: 2 pcs
Ginger Paste: 2 tbsp
Green Chillies: 4 to 5
Eggs: 2 pcs
Gram Flour: 4 to 5 tbsp (roasted)
Yogurt: 2 tbsp full
Red Chilli Powder: 2 tsp
Ground All Spices: 1 tbsp
Ground Dried Coriander: 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 or 1-1/2 tsp
How to make BarBQ Seekh Kabab
METHOD:
1. Make fine mince of beef. Chop it 2 to 3 times in machine.
2. Also grind onions, green chillies ginger with mince finely.
3. Add yogurt, red chilli powder, all spice powder, dried coriander, roasted gram flour and eggs to the mince and mix well. Place aside for 1 to 2 hours.
4. Wet your hands and apply the mixture on skewers in kabab shapes. Tighten it with the help of thread.
5. Prepare all skewers and cook on the coal.
6. Keep basting with oil or ghee.
7. Remove kababs from skewers once cooked.
8. Enjoy hot with raita or chutney and serve.
Note: You can also fry skewers on stove.
