Broasted Chicken Recipe in Urdu
|1. Wash chicken and place in a colander.|
|2. Add soy sauce, vinegar, ground black pepper, salt and Chinese salt and mix.|
|3. Mix chicken with spice mixture and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.|
|4. Mix all purpose flour (meda), corn flour, rice flour, salt, Chinese salt, white chili powder and garlic powder in a bowl.|

|6. Coat the chicken with coating mixture as well as egg mixture well.|

Chicken Broast Recipe in English
- Chicken: 1 kg (8 pieces)
- Vinegar: Half cup
- Soy Sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Chinese Salt: 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: as per taste
- Oil: For frying broast
Coating Mixture Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour (Meda): 1/4 kg
- Corn Flour: 2 tablespoons
- Rice Flour: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Chinese Salt: 1 teaspoon
- White Chili Powder: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic Powder: 1 tablespoon
Egg Mixture Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- Water: 5 tablespoon
- Wash chicken well and place in a colander.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, ground black pepper, salt and Chinese salt and mix well; then mix the chicken and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
- To prepare the coating mixture, take all purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, salt, Chinese salt, white chili powder and garlic powder and mix them all.
- Mix water and egg to form egg mixture.
- First, mix the chicken well in the coating mixture.
- Then dip chicken well into the egg batter. Again take chicken out from the egg batter and dip into the coating mixture. Mix chicken in coating mixture vigorously to ensure chicken is coated well.
- Heat oil in a pan, when heated, put chicken and deep fry on low flame.
- When one side turns golden brown, revert to other side to fry it completely.
- Crispy chicken broast is ready. Eat with ketchup, raaita and French fries and enjoy.
|Note: Reverting the chicken pieces repeatedly may remove its crisp. First fry one side entirely and then revert it to fry the other side.|
