ادرک ۔۔ دو انچ کا ٹکڑا
ہری مرچ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
سن لہسن ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
دھنیا پاؤڈر ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
دہی ۔۔ 4/1 پیالی
دیسی گھی ۔۔ آدھا پیالی
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں تیل گرم کرین اور پیاز کو سنہرا کرلیں، لہسن ادرک شامل کر کے بھونیں جب خشبون آنے لگے تب تمام مصالحے، قیمہ، مرغی شامل کردیں اور بھون کر سرخ کرلیں۔ دھابہ چکن میں ٹماٹر ڈالیں اور پین کو ڈھک کر دم پر رکھیں جب پانی خشک ہوجائے اور مصالحہ تیل چھوڑدے تو ڈش میں نکالیں اور ہرا مصالحہ، گرم مصالحہ چھڑک کر پیش کریں۔
