مرغی اور پنیر کے پاکٹس

اجزاء:
دودھ ----- ایک پیالی
انڈے ( پھینٹے ہوئے ) ----- تین عدد
میدہ ----- ڈیڑھ پیالی
نمک ------ ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ

بھرنے کے اجزاﺀ

مرغی کا بھنا ہوا قیمہ ----- دو پیالی
پنیر ------- ایک پیالی
شملہ مرچ ( باریک کٹی ہوئی ) ----- ایک عدد
ہری مرچیں (باریک کٹی ہوئی )----- تین عدد
ہرا دھنیا ( چوپ کیا ہوا ) ----- دو کھانے کے چمچ
ڈبل روٹی کا چورہ ---- حسب ضرورت
انڈے ----- حسب ضرورت
تیل ----- تلنے کے لیے

ترکیب:

میدے میں دودھ اور انڈے شامل کر کے پھینٹ لیں٬ فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کریں- آمیزے کو چمچہ بھر کر اس میں ڈال کر آملیٹ کی طرح سے پھیلائیں اور سنہری ہونے پر نکال لیں- اس عمل کو دہراتے ہوئے باقی ماندہ پٹیاں بھی تیار کرلیں- پیالے میں قیمہ٬ پنیر٬ شملہ مرچ٬ ہری پیاز٬ ہری مرچ اور ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر ملا لیں- اس آمیزے کو تیار پٹیوں کے درمیان میں رکھ کر چاروں طرف سے لپیٹیں٬ انہیں پہلے انڈے پھر ڈبل روٹی کے چورے میں لپیٹ کر رکھ لیں- فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کریں اور انہیں دونوں جانب سے سنہری رنگ کے آنے تک تل کر جاذب کاغذ پر نکال لیں-
