آلو پالک

اجزاء:
تازہ پالک آدھ کلو
آلو آدھ کلو
تیل چار کھانے کے چمچ
پیاز باریک کٹا ہوا ایک عدد
لہسن چار جوئے
تازہ ادرک کترا ہوا ایک انچ
تازہ سبز مرچ باریک کٹی ہوئی دو عدد
خشک لال مرچ کٹی ہوئی دو عدد
زیرہ (ثابت) ایک چائے کا چمچ
ٹماٹر باریک کٹے ہوئے دو عدد
نمک حسب ذائقہ
ترکیب:
آلوؤں کو دھو کر چار ٹکڑے کر لیں۔ پالک چن کر کاٹ لیں ۔ تیل گرم کریں اور آلوؤں کو براؤن کر لیں۔ ایک چمچ کے سوا باقی تمام تیل نکال دیں اور اس میں زیرہ، ادرک، لہسن، سرخ مرچ ، پیاز، سبز مرچیں اور لال مرچ کٹی ہوئی فرائی کر یں۔ جب پیاز سنہری ہونے لگیں تو آلو اور نمک شامل کر یں اور اتنی دیر تک پکائیں جب تک کہ آلو گل جائیں۔ پالک شامل کر یں اور اچھی طرح مکس کر یں، جب پالک گل جائے تو اس پر کٹے ہوئے ٹماٹر ڈالیں اور گرم گر م کھائیں۔

@Hadiqa, ap apni mom ko ye recipe kiyun nahi de detin. ap ki mummy bhi ap ko wese hi mazaidar khane bana ke dede gi. bar bar dusron ke ghar jaa ke khana achi baat nahi hai. apne ghar walon ko kahen ke ap ko wesi hi achi khushbu wali palak bana diya karen.

mujhe palak boht khas dish nahi lagti lekin ap ke recipe or is me di gai picture dekh kar to mai deewana ho gaya hon is ka. dekhne me itni piyari hai to khanay me kitni piyari hogi . mai is ke ingredients ka jaiza le raha hun or phir jo saman ghar pe nahi hai wo la kar banwata hun

hi, can i add additional spices and ingredients as per my desired taste because I often use capsium (shimla) and coriander seeds to infuse my favorite aroma in foods but I didn't see them in ingredients in this recipe so would it be ok to add any or all these things? I want to make it my way.

aloo or palak meri favorite dish hai lekin mai aksar apni friend ke ghar ja ke taste karti hun to boht achi khushbu bhi ati hai. unki mom koi herb use karti hain shayd . mujhe bhi aisi koi tip bata den pls. mujhe bhi behter se behter karni hai recipe ko
