Chicken 1 kg cut in pieces
onion 2 chopped
tomato half kg chopped
green chillies medium size6 to 8
corriender leaves half bunch roughly chopped
oil 1 cup
ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon each
salt 2teaspoon
black pepper half teaspoon
red chilli crushed 3teaspoon
dhaniya powder 2 teaspoon
garam masala powder 1and half teaspoon
zeera powder 1 teaspoon
ginger cut in strips for garnish.
How to make special chicken karhai
METHOD:
Heat oil in pot. Fry onion till transparent add ginger , garlic paste cook for half minute now add chicken and salt cover on top and cook till chicken is half cooked. Till than in another pan or pot add little oil add chopped tomatoes and cook for 15 to 20 mins on medium heat.
Now in the chicken add tomatoes as well as red crushed chilli, dhaniya powder,zeera powder,black pepper mix all very well .Also add green chillies and corriender leaves let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes. cook till oil floates on top lastly garnish with ginger strips on top and serve with Nan.
