Oil 1 cup
2/3 Onions
Tomato 3/4 according to your choIce
Potato half kg
Green chilli according to your taste
Ginger/Garlic paste 2 tbl/spoon
All spIces powder
Turmeric half tbl/spoon
White zeera
Yogurt 1 bowl for raita
Salt/red chilli
Mint/dhania paste
BOiled rIce 1 kg
Beef 0.75 kg
METHOD:
take 1cup of oil in pot and let it to hot.
add onion and beaf/mutton in it
now add 4 or 5 glass of water
now add all the spices as per taste
add potatoes
keep on gas stove for 20 to 25 minutes till beaf is cooked
now add ginger/garlic and mint dhania paste
now properly mix all the ingredients
add rice and mix for 1 minute
in last keep on slow gas for 10 to 15 minutes
now sindhi pulao is ready and present deciently with salad and raita
