Sesame Prawns Recipe

Sesame Prawns is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Desserts Recipes

3/4 cup Iced Water
1 egg, only white part
2 tblsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup flour
2 tblsp Corn starch
A pinch Salt
Vegetable Oil for gry
20 medium Prawns, peeled leaving tails intact
Combine the water, egg and half the sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the flour and salt, and whisk until just combined. Heat the oil. By using tongs, dip few prawns, one at a time, into the batter. When coat completely with batter then sprinkle some sesame seeds. Add to wok and deep-fry for 2 minutes or until golden, crisp and just cooked through.
Sauce,
1/3 cup Mayonaise
2 tblsp Chili garlic sauce
1 tsp vineager
1 tblsp ketchup
Mix all ingredients and serve with sesame prawns
