براؤن شوگر ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
سفید مرچ ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
سویا ساس ------ دو کھانے کے چمچ
شملہ مرچ ----- ایک عدد (لمبائی میں باریک کاٹ لیں)
سرکہ ------ دو کھانے کے چمچ
میدہ ------ تین کھانے کے چمج
کارن فلور ------ تین کھانے کے چمچ
انڈے ----- ایک سے دو عدد
تیل ---- حسب ضرورت
نمک ------ حسب ذائقہ

ترکیب:

چکن ابال کر یہ سب اجزاﺀ اس میں ملا دیں اور ایک گھنٹے کے لیے رکھ دیں- تیل گرم کر کے اس میں شملہ مرچ کو ہلکا سا فرائی کر کے نکال لیں شملہ مرچ نرم نہ ہونے دیں (اگر آپ کوئی اور سبزی ڈالنا چاہیں تو ڈال سکتے ہیں)-
اب تیل گرم کریں اور چکن کو فرائی کریں-
اب ایک پلیٹ میں چکن اور سبزی نکال کر سرو کریں کیچپ اور کھٹی چٹنی کے ساتھ-
