Ingredients

Chicken (leg part) ½ kg
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2-3
Oil 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chopped mint leaves 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp

How to make Special grilled chicken

METHOD:

1. Cut chicken leg pieces into two. Keep the drum sticks and thigh aside. And open it with the help of knife. In a bowl mix together the lemon juice, yogurt, all spices including chopped coriander, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chilies, tomato paste, oil and salt and mix well.
2. Mix chicken cubes in it and marinate it for 45 minutes. Grease grill pan with few drops of oil. Golden grill the chicken on low flame. Delicious special grill chicken is ready to serve.
