green sauce
spinach, shareded
butter 2 oz
garlic 2 cloves
grated fresh parmesan cheese
black pepper

How to make Fettuccine With Green Sauce

METHOD:

• Cook fettuccine in boiling water in a large saucepans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
• To make sauce boil, steam or microwave spinach for 3 minutes or until just cooked. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan and cook garlic over a low heat for 2 minutes. Stir in cream and parmesan cheese and cook. Stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until smooth. Stir spinach into sauce and season to taste with black pepper. spoon sauce over fettuccine and toss to combine
