Egg with tomato

Cooking Oil: 3 tablespoons
Egg: one
Tomato: one
Onion: one medium
Capsicum: quarter
Chat Masala: one teaspoon
Salt: as per taste
Coriander: as per taste

METHOD:

1. First of all cut tomato, onion and capsicum in to little pieces and then put them in frying pan all together with cooking oil and salt.

2. Cook all stuff while keep smashing tomato and onion.

3. Once tomato and onion are smashed well and converted into a paste, put egg along chat masala, mix all stuff well and cook until egg is completely fried.

4. Cut green coriander in to little pieces.

5. When done cooking, take out the cooked stuff into serving plate and mix it with coriander.

6. The dish is ready to serve. Enjoy with hot naan.
