چکن آلو قورمہ

اجزاء:
چکن آدھا کلو
پیاز دو عدد
گھی آدھا کپ
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
آلو آدھا کلو
چھوٹی الائچی پانچ سے چھ عدد
بڑی الائچی تین عدد
(دار چینی دو ٹکڑے ﴿درمیانے
لونگ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
(کالی مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ ﴿ثابت
تیز پتے دو عدد
دہی ایک پاؤ
پانی دو کپ
(لال مرچ دو کھانے کے چمچ ﴿پسی ہوئی
(دھنیا ایک کھانے کا چمچ ﴿پسا ہوا
نمک حسب ذائقہ
کیوڑا ایک کھانے کا چمچ
جائفل جاوتری آدھا چائے کا چمچ ﴿پسی ہوئی)

ترکیب:

پہلے پیاز کو باریک سلائس کرکے گھی میں گولڈن فرائی کرلیں اور ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔

اب اسی گھی میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ شامل کرکے فرائی کریں۔

جب تھوڑا سا سنہری ہو جائے تو آلو، چکن، چھوٹی الائچی، بڑی الائچی، دار چینی، لونگ، ثابت کالی مرچ اور تیز پتے شامل کرکے ایک سے دو منٹ تک بھونیں۔

پھر اس میں دہی، پانی، لال مرچ، دھنیا اور نمک شامل کرکے ڈھک دیں اور اتنا پکائیں کہ آلو اور چکن گل جائیں۔

پھر اس میں فرائی کی ہوئی پیاز کو چورا کرکے شامل کریں۔

ساتھ میں کیوڑا اور جائفل جاوتری شامل کرکے مکس کریں اور ایک سے دو منٹ کا دَم دیں۔

مزے دار چکن آلو قورمہ تیار ہے۔
