Mango Pickle Recipe

Mango Pickle Recipe in English is an easy and traditional cooking recipe to prepare at home. It provides you an awesome taste of Achar Recipes.

• 3 Raw Mangoes (medium sized)
• 4 tbsp Red Chili Powder
• 4 tbsp Mustard Powder
• 3 tbsp Salt
• 200 ml Sesame Oil
• 1 tbsp Methi Seeds (roasted)


How to make Mango Pickle



• Clean and wipe dry the mangoes.
• Cut them into halves along with the seed.
• Remove the pulp from the seed.
• Dice the mangoes ensuring that the hard shell is there in each piece inside.
• Mix red chili powder, mustard powder, salt, and methi seeds in a bowl.
• Add the mango cubes in this powder and mix them well.
• Take dry earthen jar and put the mango cubes into it.
• Add sesame oil to the mango cubes and mix them well.
• Put the jar in sunlight for 3-5 days.
• Mango Pickle is ready to eat.

please add the real picture of mango pickle , i want to make it myself and prepare a perfect pickle that everyone is going to like in my home. Mangoes are not only great in eating but also taste perfect when eaten as achar.

mangoes are about to come and this time i will make mangoes with a big quantity and eat them with rice , dal chawal and several other main course foods. And another fact that I have eaten many food achars but mango is undoubtedly the best.

we do not forget to prepare mango achaar in the mango season. We make it in large quantity, store it in jars and enjoy it throughout the year. we also send it to our relatives. They wait to receive achaar from us. it is so spicy and tasty that i like to eat it with every meal i eat.

we do this every year. we save mangoes in freezer and then use it for murabba, and to make its achar. i enjoy it however eat cautiously as to prevent sore throat problem. anyway it's worth making and enjoying
