Black gram/White gram 1⁄2 Kilogram, soaked for 5 to 6 hours
Onion 2 Large, finely chopped
Ginger paste 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Red chilli 1 Teaspoon, crushed
Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
Jeera powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (for cooking)
Onion rings 5 (For garnish)
Fried Peanuts / Nimco


How to make KALE CHANE KE KI CHAT (GHUGNI)



Heat the oil. add onion and sorte it when it becomes golde add soaked garam , salt, ginger paste, crushed red chilli add some water to cooking.
Cook it 1 & more hour, when garm becomes tender & dry add zeera powder & black pepper powder and serve it garnish with onionings / fried peanuts/ Nimko.
