Chicken Manchurian is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Chinese Recipes

Chicken Manchurian


1) Boneless Chicken (Cubed) 1 kg
2) Salt as per taste
3) Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
4) Whole Red Chillies 4-6
5) White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
6) Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
7) Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
8) Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
9) Sugar 1 tsp
10) Chinese Salt 1 tsp
11) Tomato Paste 1 cup
12) Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
13) Stock 1 cup
14) Dalda Cooking Oil 4-6 tbsp
1) Spring Onion (Chopped) 2 tbsp
2) Carrot (julienne) 2 tbsp
3) Capsicum (julienne) 2 tbsp


Chicken Manchurian Method / Tarika:

1.marinate chicken with chilli sauce, vinegar, soya souce, salt white pepper,
2. sugar and Chinese salt.Keep aside for half an hour.In a pot, heat
3. Dalda Cooking Oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.Soute garlic for a
4. minute and add chicken.Golden fry the chicken on high heat and remove
5. it from the pot.In the same pot add tomato paste, ketchup and sotck.
6. Add salt, whole red chillies and cook until thick.Add the chicken and
7. bring to a boil. Heat a sizzler plate(easily available in shops) on medium
8. heat for 10 minutes and pour the manchurian into the hot plate
9.Garnish and serve hot with boiled rice or freid rice.

Chicken Manchurian is one of the famous Chinese recipe, consisting of chicken with vegetables in a spicy sauce. it is really very easy to cook.
