Lobia Daal: 1/2 Kg
Tomato Paste: 2 Cups
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 Table Spoon
Onions: 2 Roughly Chopped
Red Crushed Chilli: 2 Table Spoon
Tamarind Pulp: 1 Cup
Salt: As Required
Water: 1 Cup
Oil: 4 Table Spoon
Green Coriander for Garnishing
How to make Chatpati lobia ki daal
METHOD:
1) Boil lobia daal.
2) Take oil in pan.
3) Now add onions and fry till they become golden.
4) Add ginger garlic paste and then lobia daal, mix it with onion.
5) Add salt, tomato paste, tamarind pulp (imli goda), red chilli and cover the pan till it becomes dry.
6) Sprinkle the coriander it is ready to eat.
7) Serve hot with chapati or tandoori naan. Enjoy!

We would be traveling to Bahawalpur to my cousin's wedding. Other guests would come later therefore we would have lot of time to cook foods and i will make chatpati lobia ki daal and some selected pakistani recipes as well.
Lobia is tasty but to make it spicy, you must add due spices otherwise it will be simple as always. I will follow this recipe to taste yours one however I have been making delicious lobia with spices and it is always very nice.
