Aaloo Gosht is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Pakistani Recipes

1/2 kg Mutton botis with bone
3/4 Onions
3/4 Tomatoes
2 Teaspoon Garlic paste
2 Teaspoon Ginger paste
2 Teaspoon green chilly paste
1 Teaspoon dhania powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
Salt and red chilly powder to taste
Potatoes 2/3 cubed
Oil
Heat oil and fry onions until tender.
Add pastes and stir fry then add dry masalas stir again.
Then add tomatoes and cook till almost becomes one paste.
Bhuno mutton and add water enough so as to cook mutton.
Let water dry and then Bhuno mutton very well.
Add potatoes and add water and allow to simmer until potatoes are cooked.
And a tari of oil comes on the top.
Aaloo gosht is ready.
Sprinkle chopped coriander on top.
