Salam: Meri Umar 29 saal hai aur mai 2 bachuo ka baap hu per mera weight bohat he kam hai 45kg se barta he nahi bohat si medicen bhi use ker k dhek li aur bohat se docter, hakim se bhi elaj kerwa k dhek liya per kuch faida nahi huwa plz muj esa tarika bataye jis se mera weight gain ho aur mai pur sukan zindagi guzar saku

Hey guys eat in every 2-3 hours u will feel that ur weight is gaining really i hve experience , when i eat in evry 2 or 3 hours i feel that im gaining weight ,otherr wise go to the dctr & check .. Good luck
