Ingredients

4 Bread slices
6 tbsp Blue Band Margarine
2 Carrots finely sliced
2 Cucumber finely chopped
as required Salt
1 Full boiled eggs
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1tsp Black pepper
1tsp Sugar
as required Oil

How to make Star Fried Sandwiches

METHOD:

In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise,Blue Band Margarine, cucumber, carrots, sugar, salt, black pepper and mashed hard boiled eggs.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the bread slices. Remove the bread allow to cool then use a star shaped cookie cutter to make star shapes.

Spread the prepared sandwich spread onto the star shaped bread slices, add a little tomato ketchup and serve.
