Ingredients

Chicken 1kg
cut into pieces with Bones
salt
paprika chillies(cuti hye all mirch) two teaspoon
garam masala powder half teaspoon
black pepper crushed half teaspoon
lemon juice of at least 8 to10 lemons
oil for cooking

How to make Special Lemon Chicken

METHOD:

Take bowl marinade the chicken with all the spices except for oil and then keep the mixture for at least one Hoyt in the refrigerator then take a wok heat oil add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat don't put oil as the chicken will leave its own water then when water is dried and chicken is cooked tender garnish with chopped green chillies and chopped corriander leave.lemon chicken is ready to eat with bread, naan or rice of your choice
